Information on the processing of personal data to Article 13 Legislative Decree 196/2003 (code on protection of personal data by simply following the "Code")

Art. 7. Right of access to personal data and other rights

4. The individual has the right to object, in whole or in part:  
a) for legitimate reasons, the processing of personal data concerning him, relevant date to the purpose of collecting b) the processing of personal data for the purpose of sending advertising material or direct sales or for carrying out market research or communications.  
 
Exercise of their rights
