SPAGNOL GROUP QUALITY OBJECTIVE

The Spagnol Group, working with the modern concept of technology behind the product, aims at an ever increasing productive and organisational capacity, as synonyms for efficiency and above all, a guarantee of the highest quality. This is why we have made our objective the UNI EN ISO 9001 Certification , and we have reached that goal. For all of our customers and our suppliers, in order keep pace with the times, to compete in the market with a valuable and irreplaceable weapon: our own constant challenge of improvement.

THE NORM UNI EN 9001

The International Standard Organization regulates and certifies the level and the development of the quality of a company through those guidelines which, since 1987, it has defined as the ISO 9000 guidelines. The ISO 9000 series have the objective the achievement and the guarantee of the maintenance of the Quality System for companies. To obtain this certification today means that a company has been recognised for its commitment and for the energy spent in the realisation of a product or a service conforming to the requisites requested by the client. THE CERTIFICATION UNI EN ISO 9001

The Spagnol Group has obtained the UNI EN ISO 9001 in 1999, then constantly updated, according specific rules of monitoring and renewal. ICILA (www.icila.org) has certified the Spagnol Group Quality System as independent organisation internationally recognized, and certifying the final certification. The UNI EN ISO 9001 requires that the elements of the many processes are documented, through documents such as: Quality Manual, Procedures, Operative Instructions and methods, Reports of programmatic activities.
The quality management system, oversees every business process that has influence on the quality, such as:

-- Lifecycle of the product, from design to its development
-- Management of client orders,
-- Selection, evaluation and monitoring of suppliers,
-- Production and construction,
-- Maintenance of facilities, equipment and instruments for testing and measuring
-- Control of materials and finished products in the entry, production and shipping,
-- Management of documentation,
-- Management and after-sales service

It is through the management of these processes, that the Spagnol Group achieves the goal of full satisfaction of their customers.

THE ENVIRONMENT OBJECTIVE OF SPAGNOL GROUP

Spagnol Group is also attentive to environment where everyone live and that is why the Spagnol Group has implemented an Environmental Management System based on the UNI EN ISO 14001. The synergy of the two systems, Quality and Environment, generates the process of "continuous improvement" which is the primary objective required both by international standards, and by the "Quality and Environment Policy" that Group Spagnol has adopted.

THE UNI EN 14001

The Environmental Management System is based on the international standard EN ISO 14001, updated to 2004, which lists the specifications on the basis of which a company will be assessed for environmental certification, the company clearly identifies the environmental aspects of its activities and how these interact or may interact with the environment. They also assessed the environmental aspects indirect, involving also patner company, or checking the characteristics of the materials and products that are supplied in line with the "Quality and Environment Policy" adopted.
In addition to compliance with the existing environmental laws, the goal is searching continuous improvement in environmental matters and in particular the management of:
- Natural resources
- Energy resources
- Waste
- Atmospheric emissions.

CERTIFICATION UNI EN ISO 14001

In 2003 the Group Spagnol has been certified international environmental UNI EN ISO 14001 for the production Mobil Office and Spagnol kitchens. The organisation that has certified the system Environmental of Spagnol Group is ICILA (www.icila.org), an independent organization, internationally recognized.
This certification allows the company to have adequate tools to monitor their environmental impacts as well as being a good management tool, allowing to ensure compliance with all environmental legislation. Not least objective is the monitoring of consumption, discharges and the quality of waste to optimizate process with consequent reduction in production costs as well as mitigation of environmental impacts.

THE ECOLOGICAL PANEL CONSORTIUM

The Spagnol Group participate to THE ECOLOGICAL PANEL CONSORTIUM employing in the own production panels produced with recycle wood, and realizes through an echo-compatible production process.
The presence of the brand Ecological Panel informs the final consumer, that the furniture that is in order has been realized in the full respect of the atmosphere and one precious resource like the wood.
The Ecological Panel Consortium (www.pannelloecologico.com), was founded on the initiative of a group of companies that have chosen to use only recycled wood in the production of ecological panels for the furniture sector.
It is an organization created to respond and be a spokesperson for the growing social need to protect the environment.
Thanks to reutilizing wood, the Consortium, through its associated companies, saves 8 thousand trees a day;
This project, to which the Ecological Panel Consortium is designating its full commitment, is to help create a new social conscience, which will lead people to consider choosing furniture as being part of the new ecology culture that is asserting itself worldwide.
There are many ways of helping to develop a lifestyle with no negative effects on our natural resources, ways that are increasingly more frequently aimed at reutilizing resources. Hence the fundamental role played by reutilizing wood.
The challenge, which the companies in the Consortium have by now overcome, was to achieve an extraordinarily high quality level to protect the environment.
